As Director of Banquets and Special Events, I’d first like to thank you for considering the medici!  Our Banquet Menu is a wonderful assortment of our best menu items, but we can do even more.  Feel free to come to us with your special requests.  Your special requests do not have to be limited to food only.  We can also find linens, a/v equipment, lighting and more!

Policies

To best serve our guest, we require all events to follow these policies

Upon Booking

For our staff to properly prepare for your event, a reasonable estimate of how many guests you will expect and what food you would prefer is expected upon booking. A credit card number will secure your event, but will not be charged (Except for cancellation fees).

Submitting Changes

Changes are to be expected when planning an event. We simply ask that any changes to your initial plans be submitted 72 hours in advance. If no changes are submitted The Medici reserves the right to prepare and charge for the initial estimate given.

Cancellations

Any cancellation made with less than 7 days notice will be charged 10% of their initial estimate. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may also be subject to Food/Beverage/Service orders already made.

Payment

Large events may be asked to submit a deposit. Final Balances are due at the scheduled conclusion of your event and will include a 20% gratuity fee and 9.5% tax. The Medici accepts cash, pre-approved checks, and credit cards.

Decoration/Entertainment

Decorations and entertainment will be handled on a case by case basis. We want to hear your ideas and make your event design work. Our approach is always to maintain the integrity and safety of the space, as well as, to respect other guests.
